I think that we live some of our lives thinking that we need people - hoping that we can change them, morph them so that they always fit into our worlds. In some way we wish to live happily ever after, but that never really seems to happen, does it?
I like to live by the idea that you can't change people... you can only change yourself. We need to get past the idea that it's selfish to think about Me (especially as women) and learn that only our determined, most vibrant and confident selves have the strength to 'change the world'.
